Tier 2 art includes: Art from Tier 1 PLUS: 3D gel, partial bling on up to 4 nails, detailed linework, charms, cat eye gel, chrome, custom decals, acrylic designs (acrylic French, color blocking, ombre, etc.), pierced nails, etc.
